For our Residential Offer Plus, at our Baar-Inwil location, we are looking for a personality as of 1 October 2026 or by arrangement
Tasks
- Accompanying, caring for and supporting clients with intellectual, psychological or physical disabilities in the complex life design of the residential and leisure area
- Guiding or accompanying clients in daily personal care
- Supporting the implementation of educational processes
- Contributing to a cosy living environment through activities such as cooking, decorating and keeping the premises clean
- Cooperating with relatives, legal representatives and external specialist agencies
- Administrative and organisational tasks
Profile
- Training as a Care Specialist EFZ
- Experience working with people with disabilities is an advantage
- Willingness to work irregular hours and weekend shifts (no night shifts)
- Fluent oral and written expression in German
- Good PC user skills (Word, Outlook)
