About the job
This is what you do
During your three-year apprenticeship, you will learn everything about the maintenance and care of our building. You ensure that our buildings, facilities, and green spaces are kept in good condition, contributing to a pleasant environment for our residents.
You carry out cleaning and maintenance work, monitor building services, care for the surroundings, and independently perform minor repairs. Waste disposal and recycling are also part of your varied daily routine.

You have completed compulsory schooling and enjoy getting involved. You take pleasure in manual and technical work and have a good sense of order and cleanliness.
You enjoy working in a team, are responsible, reliable, and enjoy contact with elderly people. Physical work does not deter you – you are resilient and motivated to learn new things.
