About the job
You support the team leadership in the operational and organisational management of the nursing team. You share responsibility for ensuring professional and person-centred care and participate in development projects in the nursing sector. Furthermore, you take on tasks in duty planning, quality assurance during case discussions. You are the contact person for employees, relatives, as well as internal interfaces and actively participate in everyday nursing.

- Education at tertiary level (FH, HF, DNII, AKP, PsyKP, KWS)
- Initial experience in professional or organisational leadership is an advantage
- High social competence, strong communication skills and enjoyment of teamwork
