• Receiving and coordinating customer needs as well as task distribution
• Ensuring quality and planning
• Checking and improving work processes
• Communication with customers, suppliers, and employees
• Maintaining internal communication and passing on information
• Support with projects, special tasks as instructed
• General administrative work, including master data maintenance

• Commercial training in logistics or the vehicle industry
• Polished manners
