For the production area at our location in Schwanden GL, we are seeking qualified support by arrangement for the role of
Head of Operations 80–100 %
Main Responsibilities
- Overall responsibility for the Operations department with around 15 employees
- Direct leadership of team leaders, the operations electrician, and the logistician
- Resource planning and on-call organisation
- Technical responsibility for the plants
- Contact with customers and authorities
- Optimisation of processes and workflows as well as targeted management of all services using appropriate KPIs
- Active participation in the management team of the production area
Your Background
- Higher education in energy, technology, or engineering, or proven experience in a comparable role
- Several years of leadership experience and strong leadership motivation
- Sound knowledge in the operation and maintenance of plants
- Distinct entrepreneurial personality
