Overall responsibility for the Operations Department with around 15 employees

Direct leadership of team leaders, the operations electrician, and the logistics officer

Resource planning and on-call organisation

Technical responsibility for the facilities

Contact with customers and authorities

Optimisation of processes and workflows as well as targeted management of all services using appropriate KPIs

Active participation in the management team of the production area

Your background

Higher education in energy, technology, or engineering, or proven experience in a comparable role

Several years of leadership experience and strong motivation to lead

Sound knowledge in the operation and maintenance of facilities

Distinct entrepreneurial personality
