SRK / AGS EBA Nursing Assistant Night Shift Residential IV 80%

• You professionally and empathetically care for and support our residents during the night
• You perform nursing and care tasks according to your training and competencies
• You ensure the safety and well-being of our residents during the night
• You carefully document your observations, nursing and care services according to internal guidelines
• You ensure a smooth process and commit to high-quality nursing and care
• You mainly work in the residential group for people with disabilities but also take shifts in departments for elderly people

• SRK Nursing Assistant, Health and Social Assistant EBA or equivalent
• Experience and enjoyment in working with people with disabilities
• Appreciative, empathetic and resource-oriented attitude
• Good observation skills, sense of responsibility and reliable working style
• Team spirit, flexibility and solution-oriented action in changing situations
