Employee in Logistics Service / Reception 30% Kriens (Lucerne)
Your main tasks include:
- Receiving and processing incoming reports according to a defined scheme
- Receiving and processing phone calls
- Controlling entry/exit (people and vehicles) via video surveillance
- Managing visitor badges
- Video surveillance in the lodge
- Receiving packages
- Operating the intercom system
- Barrier service (people + vehicle controls) + parking service (allocation of parking spaces + parking controls)
- Supervision and accompaniment of craftsmen
- Area controls

For this position, you bring:
- You are a service-oriented person
- Completed vocational training with federal certificate
- You are a Swiss citizen
- You are proficient in using MS Office and similar software solutions
- You have a good command of German, both spoken and written.
- You hold a category B driver's license and have your own vehicle
