In this versatile and exciting hub function, you will support not only our Aviation Director but also the management of the operational units in all administrative and organizational matters.
You ensure that everything runs smoothly in the background and that management can focus on the essentials.

Your main tasks:
- Responsible for administrative and organizational tasks at Zurich Airport
- Support in preparatory work for billing
- Preparing government reports
- Creating price lists
- Handling administrative and organizational tasks
- Organizing and coordinating events and functions
- Creating statistics/reporting
- Processing central orders within the region and deriving corresponding follow-up measures
- Support in purchasing and invoice processing
Your profile:
- Completed basic education
- Further training in executive assistance is an advantage
- Several years of comparable professional experience
- Flexibility for occasional weekend assignments
- Fluent German skills in speaking and writing, business fluent English
- Proficient IT skills, especially Microsoft Office programs (Excel power user)
- Reliable and proactive working style and good communication skills
- Discretion, independence, and a high sense of responsibility
- Impeccable reputation (criminal record extract)
