The retirement center Park is located in the middle of the cantonal capital Frauenfeld and is embedded in a beautiful park area. In our regionally rooted center, around 250 people find a loving home with individual care and support. Guests for short stays and day care are also warmly welcome. Together with our approximately 260 employees and over 40 trainees, we give our best every day to ensure that our residents feel comfortable and at home.
These are your tasks:
- Independent management of resident administration (admissions and discharges, correspondence)
- Invoicing of services to residents, insurance companies, and municipalities, or foundations
- Maintaining statistics
- Maintaining price and service tables
This is what you bring:
- Completed commercial basic training
- Several years of experience in a comparable position or in accounts receivable
- Ideally, you have knowledge or practical experience in the procedures of care financing
- Good user knowledge of MS Office programs and task-specific applications (LOBOS, RAI)
- Interest in the specifics of elderly and long-term care
