Polymechanic in the Injection Moulding Sector (m/f/d)
Salary - CHF70,000 - 80,000Our ROCKEN partner was founded in 1955 and has been family-owned since its inception. Tool and mould making is their domain. They develop, design and maintain injection moulding tools for the production of PET preforms, thin-walled packaging, cartridges, tubes and horticultural articles. Their tools enjoy an excellent reputation worldwide.
Responsibilities:
- Manufacture and maintenance of injection moulds and stamping tools
- Programming and operation of CNC milling machines
- Carrying out maintenance work on tools and machines
- Optimising existing tools for higher efficiency and quality
- Collaboration with the design department in developing new moulds
- Quality control and ensuring tool functionality
- Documentation of workflows and changes to tools
- Training and guidance of apprentices and employees
Qualifications:
- Completed technical basic training as a polymechanic EFZ or toolmaker EFZ
- Several years of professional experience in mould making
- Sound knowledge of CNC machining
- Good understanding of metalworking processes and materials
- Teamwork skills and strong communication
- Accuracy and quality awareness
- Resilience and flexibility
- Very good German language skills.
