Your tasks

• Professional and personnel management as well as further development of the controlling team
• Responsibility for operational accounting according to REKOLE®
• Preparation and further development of financial reporting for management and clinic management
• Coordination and implementation of the budgeting process as well as preparation of forecasts and variance analyses
• Ensuring statutory data collection and statistics in healthcare
• Development of tariff bases (ITAR_K®)
• Business management consulting and support of clinic management as a controlling business partner
• Further development of controlling instruments, processes and evaluations
• Participation in cross-departmental projects and/or management of specialist projects

Your profile

• Completed business administration training (university, university of applied sciences or comparable)
• Several years of professional experience in operational accounting / controlling, preferably in healthcare
• Initial leadership experience or proven ability to professionally lead a team as well as enjoyment of operational involvement in controlling processes
• Strong analytical skills as well as a structured and solution-oriented working style
• High service orientation and confident appearance
• Very good knowledge of Excel and ideally experience with SAP and BI or reporting tools
