YOU HAVE

• A federal specialist title in general internal medicine or an equivalent title recognised by MEBEKO, as well as registration with MedReg (medical diploma and postgraduate title).
• A strong interest in family medicine, home care and comprehensive patient support.
• An excellent ability to work in an interdisciplinary team and collaborate with various actors in the care network.
• A keen sense of organisation, autonomy and responsibility.
• Strong interpersonal skills, attentive listening and a caring approach to patients and their relatives.
• An initiative spirit and an interest in knowledge sharing and the development of medical practices.

YOUR OBJECTIVES

• Ensure comprehensive and personalised medical follow-up of patients at their home, outside emergency situations, taking into account their needs and environment.
• Prioritise proximity medicine, favouring humane care and a therapeutic relationship of trust with patients and their relatives.
• Guarantee continuity and quality of care in collaboration with health professionals and network partners.
• Participate in an interdisciplinary approach promoting home care and coordination of care management.
• According to your aspirations, practise a mixed activity combining home consultations and practice in a medical office.
