Your tasks with us:
In this customer service role, you are responsible as an all-rounder for the independent and timely completion of orders and maintenance work for our customers. Thanks to your good organizational skills, you also take on the management of smaller and medium-sized orders. You build new customer relationships and deepen existing ones.
Your profile:
- Training as an electrical installer EFZ and several years of professional experience
- High customer orientation as well as confident appearance and good manners
- Clean, precise, and independent work
- Assertiveness and entrepreneurial thinking
- Flexible and committed personality with a high sense of responsibility
- Neat and friendly appearance
- High commitment and initiative
- Good oral and written communication skills
- Driver's license category B or open to new mobility solutions
