For our installation workshop in Jegenstorf/BE we are looking for a

Workshop Team Leader 100% to start immediately or by arrangement

• Scheduling of employees
• Installation of vehicle fittings
• Personnel and professional management of the final assembly/workshop department (approx. 10 employees)
• Ensuring timely delivery of vehicles
• Monitoring and final inspection of vehicles as well as quality assurance of installations
• Ensuring and compliance with quality standards

• Completed craft or technical basic training
• Several years of professional experience in technical professions
• Several years of leadership experience in a comparable role
• Experience in organising workshop processes
• Structured, solution-oriented, team player and resilient personality
