Independent and family-run manufacturer, Jean Singer & Cie SA has been producing high-quality dials for the biggest Swiss watch brands for over a century.

To complete our teams at our Boudry site, we are looking for a:

Press Setter (M/F)

Your tasks:

• Carry out adjustments and fine-tuning of production equipment
• Ensure series changes and production start-ups
• Guarantee the proper functioning of production means and intervene in case of technical drift
• Provide technical support to operators
• Perform quality controls related to the adjustments made
• Participate in the continuous improvement of processes, equipment and work standards
• Responsible for stamping and cutting dials and appliqués independently while ensuring the quality of your production
• Responsible for the adjustment and production of Ruetschi dial foot welding machines

Your profile:

• Federal VET Diploma as a polymechanic or equivalent training
• Proven experience in a precision industrial environment, ideally watchmaking
• Strong skills in adjustment and fine-tuning of production equipment (EMG press, Ruetschi welding machine, Soprem straightener)
• Analytical mind and ability to solve technical problems
• Rigour, autonomy and organisational skills
• Team spirit and quality orientation
