• Maintaining existing customers and building long-term customer relationships, by phone or partially on site
• Clarifying needs and selling additional services
• Extending contracts
• Answering customer inquiries and following up on customer satisfaction
• Additional tasks such as acquisition and addressing potential new customers

• Completed training in retail or comparable
• Experience in sales with a passion for customer relationships
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• High customer orientation and service readiness including confident handling of digital tools such as CRM systems (e.g. SAP), email marketing or webinar platforms
• Confident German language skills, flexibility and willingness to travel
