At the headquarters in Perlen, we are looking for an independent and reliable person to strengthen our HR team in the area of Occupational Health Management (OHM) by agreement. In this versatile role, you will actively shape health and absence management at the site and maintain close contact with our managers and employees.

Your tasks

• Responsibility for occupational health and absence management as well as the further development of corresponding concepts and processes
• Support of employees during longer illness- or accident-related absences and coordination of reintegration in cooperation with internal and external partners
• Analysis of health and absence key figures, preparation of reports as well as derivation and implementation of appropriate measures
• Consulting and training of managers and employees on health-related topics as well as ensuring professional collaboration with relevant interfaces
• Planning and implementation of health promotion and prevention measures to strengthen physical and mental health

Your profile
You have a degree or training in health management, psychology, health sciences, HR or a comparable field. Experience in Occupational Health Management (OHM) is an advantage. For a professional background outside OHM, further training in OHM or Case Management is required. Ideally, you bring knowledge in health and absence management as well as reintegration. You enjoy working with key figures and evaluations, can derive relevant fields of action from them and prepare them appropriately for the target audience. At the same time, you enjoy consulting and training. You communicate confidently in German, English is a plus, you are digitally savvy and have very good knowledge of common Microsoft Office applications.
As a service-oriented, empathetic and responsible person, you work independently, structured and proactively. You have the necessary sensitivity when dealing with confidential and health-related topics and appreciate open collaboration.
