- Actively participate in organising events on the topic of workplace health and take on administrative tasks in the area of Corporate Health Management (planning, budgeting, health report)
- Support the processing of IV processes in case management
(e.g. processing IV notifications, calculating pensions and daily allowances, and forwarding notifications to the responsible authorities) - Independently plan the implementation of internal language courses, coordinate with external
partners and respond to incoming enquiries from course participants, mainly in German - Prepare content on HR topics and events in a communicative and target group-appropriate manner (e.g. for internal communications or the intranet)
- Help optimise the specialist office portfolio and co-design products related to development and leadership
What makes you unique
- At the start of employment, a higher education qualification (Bachelor's/Master's degree) completed no more than 18 months ago, preferably with a focus on work and organisational psychology, human resource management or business administration
- Proactive, independent and forward-looking working style; organisational talent and able to keep an overview in complex situations; able and willing to ask critical questions
- Enjoy working independently and collaborating in a team; action-oriented, assertive and responsible
- Communicative and articulate in oral and written expression; enjoy putting customers at the centre of your work
- Good knowledge of two official languages (one passive)
