Production Employee Finishing (m/f/d) 80-100%

Your Tasks

• Finishing of welded components and assemblies
• Grinding, deburring, and reworking of visible and functional surfaces
• Operating and setting up the longitudinal grinding machine
• Precise reworking with hand grinding machines and hand tools
• Ensuring flawless surface quality according to customer requirements
• Independent quality control of the processed workpieces
• Continuous participation in the optimisation of workflows and quality standards
• Co-responsibility for order, cleanliness, and occupational safety in the work area

Your Profile

• Completed technical or craft training is an advantage
• Experience in metalworking, grinding, or surface treatment
• Confident handling of longitudinal grinding machines and hand grinding machines
• High quality awareness and a strong sense for perfect surfaces
• Calm, precise, and careful working style
• Independent and reliable personality
• Good German language skills, spoken and written
• Team-oriented, flexible, and resilient
