LIBA & PARTNER IMMOBILIEN AG is an independent, family-run company providing real estate services in Northwestern Switzerland. With personal advice, extensive market knowledge, and a strong network, we support owners in the sale of their properties.

To strengthen our marketing team, we are looking for an experienced real estate professional with a personally built network over many years, enthusiasm for acquisition, and strong implementation skills.

Your tasks

• Proactive acquisition of sales mandates from your own network
• Independent management of marketing mandates from consultation and positioning to successful completion
• Development and implementation of property-specific marketing strategies
• Advising owners and conducting negotiations
• Active participation in the LIBA marketing team, contributing your own experience and market knowledge

Your profile

• Solid professional experience in the real estate sector, e.g. real estate marketing, real estate banking/financing, project development, or a related field
• Well-maintained personal network with potential to acquire your own sales mandates
• Entrepreneurial thinking, strong closing skills, and high customer orientation
• Ability to independently, structurally, and reliably manage marketing processes
• Enjoy working in a small, ambitious team
• Very good German skills and good English skills
