Your Tasks
- Active management of residential and commercial properties
- Reletting, inspection, and handover of rental properties
- Oral and written communication with owners, tenants, caretakers, craftsmen, and authorities
- Issuing repair orders and coordinating renovation work
- Handling damage cases
Your Profile
- Several years of professional experience in property management
- Commercial basic training
- Further training in real estate is an advantage
- Independent, responsible, and precise working style
- Good IT user skills
