Among our projects in the region is the Waldstadt Pantli in Schaffhausen. We work according to the design-build model, where planning and execution are closely linked from the start to ensure common project goals are clear from the outset. This creates efficient processes, transparent information, and sustainable solutions.
Your area of responsibility
- Responsibility for the execution of demanding building projects regarding costs, quality, and deadlines
- Coordination and leadership of all contractors involved in the construction as well as ensuring a smooth construction process
- Control and monitoring of execution from scheduling through tenders to successful handover
- Conducting contractor negotiations, construction and coordination meetings, as well as inspections
- Active contribution to economic and practical solutions together with the project team
What you bring with you
- Solid basic construction training, for example as a draughtsman EFZ specialising in architecture with further training as a federally certified site manager or technician TS
- Entrepreneurial thinking as well as a pronounced awareness of costs, deadlines, and quality
- Leadership qualities, negotiation skills, and an independent, structured way of working
- Interest in digital working methods
- Enjoyment in taking responsibility and developing solutions together in a team
- Winning communication, assertiveness, and a confident appearance
