Your main tasks are
- Professional care and support during the night with a 24-hour perspective
- Responsibility for the correct implementation and documentation of the care process according to RAI-NH
- Planning and organisation of your own work
You have
- Training as a qualified nurse HF (DN II, AKP) or completed training as a Health Specialist EFZ
- Experience in long-term care and integrated palliative care is desirable
- Experience and knowledge of the RAI-NH care needs assessment system
- Experience in night shifts is desirable
- Teamwork skills and good self-management
