To strengthen the finance team, we are looking for an ambitious, analytically strong personality as a Controller (m/f) who not only evaluates figures but also acts as a sparring partner for the business.
- Conducting target-actual analyses and deriving concrete measures for optimisation
- Close cooperation with management on financial and strategic issues
- Participation in investment and profitability analyses as well as in the development of new key performance indicator systems
- Support in projects in the area of process optimisation and digitalisation
- Sparring partner for various departments such as production, purchasing, and sales
- 3-5 years of experience in controlling, ideally in an industrial or production environment
- Proficient use of Excel and ideally SAP (or a comparable ERP system)
- Strong analytical skills, structured working method, and pronounced numerical understanding
- Independent, communicative, and solution-oriented personality
- Very good German and English skills

Tasks

Profile
- Completed business studies (university/FH) with a focus on controlling, finance, or accounting- 3-5 years of experience in controlling, ideally in an industrial or production environment
- Proficient use of Excel and ideally SAP (or a comparable ERP system)
- Strong analytical skills, structured working method, and pronounced numerical understanding
- Independent, communicative, and solution-oriented personality
- Very good German and English skills
