Technical Project Lead 80-100% (a) Schwerzenbach

Your tasks

• Responsibility for the technical operation and projects of an assigned customer base
• Support and further development of customer environments
• Advising the customer on IT concerns and projects (IT Life-Cycle Management)
• Training and professional leadership of the assigned support team
• Conceptual work with responsibility for project success and cost compliance

Your profile

• Education and/or further training in the field of computer science and several years of practical experience in technical project management and customer support
• Very good knowledge of the following technologies: Microsoft 365 environment (M365, Intune, MDM, Teams), VMware (Horizon VDI, ESX)
• Very good German skills as well as strong communication skills
• Independent and structured working style as well as analytical skills and ability to work in a team
• Driver’s licence (Category B)
