• Analysis and categorisation of disturbances occurring in the operation of rail vehicles
• Identification of systematic errors in operation and communication to Engineering
• Regular preparation of reliability reports (FRACAS Report) 
• Monitoring fleet reliability and defining measures to achieve the contractually agreed reliability values
• Ensuring progress in resolving corrective actions in Engineering
• Interface to the customer for discussing disturbances that occurred during operation

• University degree (ETH/UNI/FH) in engineering or equivalent
• Professional background in system engineering, service engineering or maintenance
• Experience in an interface role (customer, project management, engineering) desirable
• Very good system understanding (mechanics, electrical and software)
• Analytical thinking and ability to understand fault patterns systemically
• Experience with fault analyses (Root Cause Analysis) or reliability methods (RAMS, FMEA, FRACAS) advantageous
• Ability to create clear and target group-appropriate reports
• Ability to present technically complex topics in an understandable way
