For our Master Data PIM team at Markant Syntrade Switzerland AG, Pfäffikon/SZ, we are looking for reinforcement!

Efficient data flows between our suppliers and trading partners are our daily business. With our services, we ensure that product information is available completely and in the required quality. Together with our partners, we continuously develop our processes and solutions.

For this, we are looking for a person who enjoys working with data, recognises connections and gets to the bottom of things. At the same time, you should enjoy contact with people, think in a service-oriented way and like to actively contribute to a team.

Ideally, you are already familiar with established standards for the digital exchange of product information such as GDSN and have experience with digital transmission methods and formats. You can use this knowledge purposefully and clearly convey the possibilities and benefits to our customers.

• You competently and service-orientedly handle enquiries from our suppliers regarding product information and our PIM solution and coordinate closely with your team.
• You coordinate the procurement of product information required by the trade from our suppliers and keep an overview of open procurement orders and their status.
• You support our suppliers and retailers in a smooth exchange of product and master data and contribute to high data quality. For this, you analyse data, identify anomalies and sources of errors and get to the bottom of their causes.
• You build a partnership-based relationship with our suppliers and retailers and advise them on technical and procedural issues.
• You plan and conduct training sessions and presentations for our customers. In doing so, you convey our solutions and technical content clearly and practically – via Teams and, if necessary, on site.
• You contribute your experience from daily business to the optimisation of our processes and the further development of our PIM solution.
• You support the definition of technical requirements, the execution of system tests and projects related to master data management, data quality and digitalisation.
• With increasing experience and a comprehensive understanding of our processes, you gradually take on additional responsibility, for example for the support of selected trading partners or service areas.

• Commercial basic training (e.g. commercial clerk EFZ, retail specialist EFZ) or equivalent training; higher vocational training or a bachelor’s degree is an advantage but not a requirement.
• Several years of professional experience – ideally in the area of master data, product information or digital services.
• Very good German and good English skills, French and/or Italian skills are an advantage.
• Experience with PIM systems as well as knowledge of GDSN and digital data exchange formats is an advantage.
• Experience in retail, wholesale or consumer goods sector is an advantage.
• Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel, as well as openness to the use of AI tools such as Microsoft Copilot.
• Strong analytical and interconnected thinking as well as enjoyment in understanding data and connections more precisely and in familiarising yourself with new technical topics and systems.
• High degree of initiative, independence and quality awareness as well as a structured and reliable way of working.
• Strong communication skills and enjoyment in customer contact as well as in conducting training and presentations.
• Enjoyment in collaboration and jointly developing solutions in a team.
