Customer Advisor m/f 100%
for the care of our constantly growing customer base in maintenance cleaning.
Your area of responsibility
You will maintain active customer contact in the assigned segment and be responsible for the technical and personnel support of your customers. You will review and optimise workflows, monitor quality and occupational safety, manage part-time employees, ensure instruction, personnel and absence planning, support projects, and take on IT-supported administrative tasks.
Your profile
You have a technical or manual training background as well as further education in building cleaning; a professional certificate is an advantage and industry knowledge is a must. You bring leadership experience as well as strong communication and organisational skills and are service-oriented. We expect enthusiasm, willingness to work flexible hours, and resilience. Very good German skills as well as PC user knowledge (Word, Excel) complete your profile.
