What you can achieve
- Administrative and operational support of the production management
- Review and verification of manufacturing documents (batch records, logbooks, material lists) for completeness, traceability, and GMP compliance
- Maintenance and tracking of open issues such as deviations, CAPAs, and review status
- Participation in SOP management: creation, updating, format checking, and archiving of SOPs, work instructions, and forms including version control
- Support during audits and inspections: preparation of relevant documents, accompaniment, and follow-up of measures
- Organization and documentation of training in the production area
- Continuous improvement of processes in documentation and production support (CIP)
- Production planning and resource coordination in coordination with PPS and interfaces
- Ensuring and further developing process quality and efficiency
- Support in creating change control and incident reports as well as processing them
What you bring with you
- Completed commercial or pharmaceutical training or a degree in a scientific or technical field
- Initial professional experience in a GMP-regulated environment is an advantage
- Understanding of manufacturing processes and quality assurance in a regulated environment
- Very good organizational skills and high accuracy in handling documents
- Very good MS Office skills (especially Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Very good German language skills, both spoken and written
