About the job

Our client is a world-leading company in the diagnostics and medical technology sector in the Zug region (Rotkreuz). In a state-of-the-art, GMP-regulated environment, complex diagnostic systems made of mechanical, electrical, optical and thermal components are manufactured – test solutions that make an important contribution to healthcare worldwide. To strengthen the team, we are looking for a technically skilled device assembler from 1 October 2026 or by arrangement.

Device Assembler Diagnostics Systems (m/f) 100 %

Your tasks:

• Assembly of modules as well as final assembly of various analysis and diagnostic systems according to instructions
• Commissioning of the manufactured instruments
• GxP-compliant documentation of assembly and testing activities (paper and/or electronic)
• Inspection of the assembled products according to specifications
• Identifying, documenting and rectifying deviations or forwarding them to the specialists
• Meeting the production plan according to specifications
• Continuous optimisation of workflows (CIP) and support of the team leader in administrative tasks

Your profile:

• Completed technical training or further education (e.g. polymechanic, automation technician, electronics technician, electrical installer or mechatronics technician)
• At least two years of professional experience in a technical environment within the last five years
• Basic IT skills
• Fluent German in spoken and written form (mandatory), English an advantage
• Understanding of complex instruments and high quality awareness
• Quick comprehension, team player, reliable and flexible
• SAP knowledge as well as experience in medical technology / regulated environment an advantage
• Criminal record extract required
