Job Description
- Operating, monitoring and setting up core shooting machines
- Producing, gluing and smoothing cores for production
- Performing tasks in casting post-processing
- Cleaning and deburring cast parts
- Blasting, inspecting and punching cast parts for quality assurance
- Conducting quality checks on finished cast parts
- Inserting cores and changing models on the moulding machine
- Performing cleaning tasks on the moulding machine
- Adhering to quality, safety and production requirements
- Experience in metalworking
- Good German language skills
- Willingness to work shifts (early 05:00-13:40 / late 13:40-22:15, weekly rotation)
- Own car for reaching the workplace
- Physical resilience (prolonged standing required)
- Manual skills and dexterity
- Resistance to dust and odours
