Hogrefe is an internationally active publishing group for psychology, health, medicine and care. At the Bern location, we publish books, journals and psychological test procedures for the entire DACH region. In addition, we offer consulting, seminars and specific digital solutions.

Specialist Website and Digital Marketing

Tasks

• Responsibility for the digital marketing of our product portfolio as well as the development of effective marketing measures along the customer journey
• Conceptualisation and management of campaigns for professional books, test procedures, further training and digital offerings
• Continuous development of our digital channels, websites and landing pages as well as optimisation of their performance
• Analysis of relevant key figures and derivation of data-based measures to achieve our marketing and sales goals
• Coordination of the marketing of new products in cooperation with the specialist departments and ensuring consistent market communication

Profile

• Further training or studies in marketing, communication or business with a focus on digital marketing
• Several years of professional experience in digital marketing, including independent campaign management
• Good knowledge of SEO, SEA, content marketing, e-mail marketing and social media
• Experience in website, Amazon and shop management
• Analytical, data-driven and independent working style
• High initiative, implementation strength and entrepreneurial thinking
• Mandatory: Excellent German skills (C2) as well as high text and communication proficiency
• Experience with common web, analysis and marketing tools, especially Google Analytics, TYPO3 as well as Google, LinkedIn and Amazon Ads
