What You Achieve With Us
In your role, you are responsible for the independent handling and settlement of complex damage cases in the property sectors of our agricultural clients, mainly in the Romandy (as well as in the bilingual cantons of Fribourg, Bern and Valais).
You assess coverage and liability issues, prepare damage calculations, and conduct demanding clarifications and negotiations with policyholders and their legal representatives as well as experts.
In addition, you support our general agency damage services in technical matters and participate in projects, concepts, as well as in training and further education.
What You Bring With You
- Master Farmer (HFP), degree in Agronomy (HF/FH) or equivalent qualification
- Several years of professional experience in agriculture or agriculture-related sectors
- Initiative, communicative, independent and assertive personality with negotiation skills as well as pronounced business acumen and high social competence
- Solution- and customer-oriented working style as well as professional and confident appearance
- Willingness to further educate yourself in the insurance sector
- French native speaker with very good knowledge of German

You are fully integrated into the Property Damage West team from day one and actively participate in day-to-day business. Experienced specialists accompany you in expanding your knowledge practically and gradually taking on more responsibility. Your development is based on an individual development plan with clear goals. This is agreed upon together with you, your manager in Property Damage West and the head of the FNS.
