Social Worker FH kjz Bülach (permanent) 60%The Office for Youth and Career Counselling (AJB) is responsible for child and youth welfare as well as career counselling. The kjz (Child and Youth Welfare Centre) is a polyvalent counselling centre for families, parents, adolescents, children and toddlers and operates on the basis of the Child and Youth Welfare Act of the Canton of Zurich.
For kjz Bülach we are looking for a
Social Worker FH 60%
(permanent)
starting 1 January 2027 or by arrangement.
In the Social Work and Mandates department, you will advise and support children, adolescents, mothers and fathers within the framework of child protection measures and on a voluntary basis. You will also conduct assessments in cases of child welfare endangerment on behalf of the KESB. In fulfilling your duties, you will work closely with authorities, schools, other institutions and specialist agencies.
For this demanding role, we are seeking a committed and resilient individual with:
- A university of applied sciences degree in Social Work
- Experience in youth and family welfare as well as in managing mandates
- High social competence, solution orientation and assertiveness
- Systemic thinking ability and enjoyment of administrative tasks
