Your tasks

• Team leadership & motivation: You lead the sales advisory team on site with motivation, promote active customer engagement, and create an inspiring working atmosphere.
• Customer advice & sales: You ensure first-class, personal and honest advice as well as high customer satisfaction and actively maintain customer relationships on site.
• Merchandise presentation: You are responsible for appealing merchandise presentation, stylish window displays, and implementation of current collection themes in the sales area.
• Inventory management: You control stock and customer orders in the ladies' and men's fashion department.
• Cash register and customer app operation are part of the daily business.

Your profile

• Professional experience: Several years of solid professional experience in textile retail (preferably in advising formal menswear).
• Leadership experience: Initial or several years of experience in personnel leadership and development of sales teams are desired.
• Entrepreneurship: Business thinking, organisational talent, and a solution-oriented working style.
• Appearance & communication: Winning personality with strong customer orientation, high social competence, and assertiveness.
