Your Area of Responsibility

• You are responsible for reviewing and processing inpatient service cases. This includes cost assurance, the creation of cost estimates, and billing
• With your clear communication, you conduct correspondence with insurance companies as well as with our patients, thus contributing to transparent and professional exchange
• You are the communicative hub: In exchange with insurance companies, cantons, patients, various authorities, and internal departments, you ensure professional and solution-oriented collaboration
• Thanks to your sense of responsibility, you ensure the legally compliant and careful implementation of laws, contracts, and instructions

Your Experience

• You have completed a commercial training or have training as a medical practice assistant or pharmaceutical assistant, which you have expanded with further training in the commercial field
• Ideally, you have already gained valuable experience in billing and tariff matters
• You have initial SAP knowledge or are motivated to acquire it quickly
• You are an independent, communicative personality and want to bring your strengths into a dynamic and meaningful environment – then we look forward to getting to know you
