Project Management BSA, Electrical Department (m/f/d)
- Independent supervision and handling of conversion projects (UplaNS) in the areas of energy supply, lighting, ventilation, traffic, communication, and control systems
- Planning, coordination, and monitoring of smaller plant renovations and system renewals within the framework of structural maintenance (KBU)
- Preparation and review of offers as well as calculations, including monitoring of results
- Invoicing of services to third parties as well as participation in budget planning and cost control
- Technical basic training, preferably as an electrical installer EFZ
- Further training as an electrical project manager for installation and safety, certified electrical engineer HF or comparable qualification
- Confident negotiation skills with suppliers, authorities, and other stakeholders
- Independent, structured, and solution-oriented working style
- Team-oriented personality with strong communication skills
- High resilience and flexibility
- Very good user knowledge of MS Office and modern digital tools
- Diverse range of tasks with great scope for design and high independence
