To strengthen our OIBT team, we are looking for a new talent ready to put their expertise at the service of safety, quality, and innovation.

Your mission

Much more than electrical inspection! You will play a key role in the safety of our installations, the continuous improvement of our practices, and the development of our teams' skills.

A cross-functional position combining expertise, consulting, knowledge transfer, and fieldwork.

What awaits you -

• Inspect and secure electrical installations (final, acceptance, and periodic inspections), from residential to industrial, energy, and temporary event installations.
• Ensure compliance and quality of installations according to OIBT and current standards, in collaboration with the technical manager.
• Support teams in applying best practices, quality monitoring, and continuous improvement.
• Share your expertise by preparing workshops and internal training sessions, in collaboration with your hierarchy, and occasionally developing technical materials.
• Contribute to projects by providing your technical expertise, participating in coordination meetings, and proposing suitable and innovative solutions.
• Stay hands-on by carrying out specific electrical installations and managing small to medium-sized projects through to their final inspection.
• Develop your skills through continuous training and by staying at the forefront of technical and regulatory developments.

Your profile

• Federal Certificate of Competence (CFC) as an electrical installer.
• Federal diploma in electrical safety consulting or control authorisation according to OIBT (art. 27), obtained or in progress.
• Initial experience in electrical installation inspections in Switzerland, even as a junior.
• Good knowledge of Swiss electrical standards.
• Strong interest in technical installations, photovoltaics, and new energy solutions.
• Analytical mindset, autonomy, rigour, and ease in communication.
• Desire to share your knowledge, exchange ideas, and evolve practices.
• Category B driving licence.
