Property Manager Rheintal Area, Landquart (m/f/d) 100%
Your tasks
- You bear the operational and technical overall responsibility for the customer properties assigned to you in the Rheintal
- You ensure the smooth technical and infrastructural operation of the properties
- You professionally and personally lead your own team of technical and infrastructural employees
- You plan the deployment of your employees and ensure efficient organisation of the work
- Repair, maintenance, and upkeep in the areas of electrical, sanitary, heating, cooling, and air conditioning technology are planned, coordinated, and supervised by you
- You manage external service providers and specialist companies and control their services regarding quality, costs, and deadlines
- As the central contact person, you look after our clients and maintain a professional and partnership-based collaboration
- Customer orders, faults, and complaints are consistently processed and followed up
- You ensure compliance with our quality standards as well as work and safety-related regulations
- You identify optimisation and additional service potential with our customers
- You take on on-call duty within a regulated model
Your profile
- You have completed vocational training in a technical or craft profession
- You bring several years of experience in caretaking, building technology, or facility management
- Leadership experience is important for this role
- Further training in facility management, caretaking, occupational safety, or building technology is an advantage
- You have a strong customer orientation and a high sense of responsibility
- You are characterised by an independent, structured, and solution-oriented working style
- You possess leadership skills, assertiveness, and resilience
- You communicate confidently with customers, employees, and external partners
- Good IT user skills are required
- Very good German language skills, both spoken and written, are required
- A category B driving licence is required
