You keep an overview, have a keen eye for details and confidently engage with customers? Then you are exactly right with us in shop supervision! Support us in preventing thefts and ensuring a safe shopping experience for everyone.What you can achieve:
- Monitoring of sales areas
- Shifting between several branches during duty
- Operation of fire and burglary alarm systems
- Clarification of suspicions and detention of customers including questioning and explanation
- Preparation of reports on suspicious activities and incidents
- Collaboration with external security services and police
- Occasionally other duties in order services or public transport
What you bring:
- Driving licence category B (own car mandatory)
- Willingness for night and weekend shifts
- Neat appearance
- Good manners and confident, assertive demeanour
- Very good physical condition
- Swiss citizenship, C permit or B EU/EFTA
- Impeccable reputation
- Very good German skills in spoken and written form (native level)
