Freight Forwarding Clerk (m/f/d) Art Transport (100%)

In this versatile position, you are responsible for the professional planning and handling of national and international art transports. Your duties include:

• Independent organisation and coordination of domestic transports as well as import and export shipments
• Contact person for customers, partners and service providers at home and abroad
• Preparation of quotations, transport and shipping documents as well as their invoicing
• Preparation and handling of customs formalities for import and export transports
• Maintenance of existing customer relationships as well as active acquisition of new customers
• Representation of our company at vernissages, exhibitions and cultural events

• Completed commercial training or comparable qualification
• Very good German and English skills, spoken and written
• French and/or Italian skills are a plus
• Trustworthy, responsible and resilient personality
• High initiative, strong service orientation and hands-on mentality
• Structured, careful and solution-oriented working style
• Enjoyment of customer contact and teamwork
• Professional appearance and excellent manners
