About the job
Your Tasks
- Case management responsibility for the outpatient social psychiatric treatment of people who are impaired in their personal, social and professional lives due to a mental illness
- Involvement of the social environment, if necessary follow-up and outreach treatment, clinical case management and network work
- Close cooperation with internal and external partners in the social psychiatric field
- Provision of specific medical-nursing services in the form of depot injections
- Collaboration in an interprofessional team
- Regular working hours: office hours Monday to Friday
Your Profile
- Training as a qualified nurse HF/FH with at least two years of experience in psychiatric nursing
- Further training in therapeutic communication
- Ability to work constructively in a multiprofessional treatment team
- Independence, resilience and ability to work in a team
- Interest in further professional development
- Possession of a valid driving licence (Category B)
