We are looking for committed and qualified career changers from other industries or career starters for our shopfloor in various areas, including Engine Line, Module Line and Piece Part Repair, at our locations in Bad Zurzach and Zurich Airport. As part of your development, you will participate in our MRO Fundamentals Training and our ongoing on-the-job training programmes. As a Quality Assurance Specialist, you will take on the following tasks:

• Conducting technical inspections and assessments of aircraft engine assemblies to support one of our Engine Lines (GTF, LEAP, PW4000, CFM56) – on time and in accordance with OEM specifications and Engineering Orders
• Creating repair orders for engines, modules and individual parts
• Checking changes and modifications to components and assemblies
• Applying Lean Six Sigma methods (Lean Events, 5S, Root Cause Analysis)
• Working independently with economic thinking and acting 

Your profile"

• Completed vocational training, ideally as a polymechanic, automotive or agricultural machinery mechanic, or from another highly mechanical/technical sector
• High self-motivation as well as precise and responsible working style
• Team player with strong communication skills
• Resilient and adaptable to changing requirements
• Confident use of MS Office; SAP knowledge is an advantage
• Good English skills (at least level B2), German skills are an advantage
• Willingness to work in a 2-shift system
