For our partner company LokPool, we are looking to strengthen our team with a

Locomotive Dispatcher, 80-100% (m/f/d)

You have solid knowledge in vehicle dispatching, ideally of locomotives, and are looking for a new challenge?

This is your area of responsibility:

• You dispatch rail vehicles.
• You ensure optimal utilisation of our rail vehicles.
• You prepare offers and invoice the orders accordingly.
• You order transports and perform the associated calculations for transport.
• You act as holiday cover for our ECM3 (maintenance planning).
• You plan the training of locomotive drivers and take on administrative tasks.
• You support management in administration.

What you bring:

• You have completed training with several years of experience in administration and vehicle dispatching, ideally in rail transport.
• You understand vehicle-specific components and keep an eye on complex processes.
• You are an organisational talent, work in a structured and efficient manner, and enjoy dispatching.
• You have good knowledge of MS Office and very good German skills; French and/or Italian are an advantage.
• You have an interest in technology and enjoy further training.
