Within the real estate sector, the management department is responsible for the care of rental properties and condominium ownership. Real estate requires care, maintenance, interest and commitment. You can expect a demanding and varied task.

To strengthen our team, we are looking for a

Mandate Manager Property Management (m/f) 60 - 100%

Your profile

• Commercial basic training
• Professional certificate in property management (or in training)
• Sound knowledge of property management for condominium, rental and investment properties
• Experienced handling of management software (preferably ImmoTop2)
• Enjoyment in dealing with people
• High commitment
• Resilient, team-oriented and reliable
• Holder of a category B driving licence

Your responsibilities

• Active, fiduciary and independent management of a mixed real estate portfolio
• Mandate management in administrative and technical areas
• Review of the handling of insurance cases
• Organisation and execution of rentals, property viewings, inspections and handovers
• Preparation of property budgets
• Control of annual property accounts
• Creation of technical descriptions and inspection reports
• Organisation and chairing of owners' meetings
• Contact person for owners, tenants, craftsmen and caretakers
