A Site Manager 80-100% - Neuchâtel Region
What you will drive forward
You manage the sites and support your teams, while ensuring efficient and quality processing of cases. You regularly analyse the services provided in order to implement continuous improvement measures. You anticipate staffing needs, manage the budget and maintain close collaboration with the competent authorities and the Unia union.
What you bring
- Commercial employee CFC or equivalent training, diploma or higher education (HES, Uni) is a plus
- Training in management and proven experience of at least 3 years in leading a large team
- Strong interest in unemployment insurance as well as social insurances
- Perfect command of the French language, comfortable with common IT tools. Knowledge of a second national language is a plus
- Possess very good listening and communication skills, good emotional control
- Have good stress resistance and proven analytical and synthesis skills
- A taste for public service and a high social sensitivity in line with our activities and values
