Tasks
- Professional manufacture of kitchen furniture and carpentry work in bench and machine rooms
- Active participation in the continuous optimisation of production processes
- Responsibility for the training and supervision of apprentices within the company
Requirements
- Completed training as a carpenter with a federal certificate of competence (EFZ) and relevant professional experience
- Completed further training as a trainer or willingness to complete it
- Good knowledge of the German language
- Careful and reliable way of working
- Motivation and enjoyment in supporting young employees in their professional and personal development
