Your Tasks
- Independent creation and monitoring of personnel management processes such as contract drafting and amendments, works council hearings, hiring, transfers and terminations, etc.
- Advising employees and managers on all personnel matters
- Maintaining personnel files
- Preparing references
- Preparatory tasks for payroll accounting
- Participation in cross-personnel projects, as well as involvement in the optimisation of HR processes
Your Profile
- Completed commercial training, e.g. office clerk (m/f/d)
- Experience in the HR field
- Good knowledge of labour, social security and tax law
- Independent and service-oriented working style
- Careful and structured way of working
- Confident use of MS Office applications
