The St. Elisabethen retirement and nursing home, uniquely located in the Hirzbrunnen district, is a Basel foundation founded in 1903. We offer 70 residents with varying care needs a continuous support system and the opportunity to spend their later years in a family-like environment.
To complement our team, we are looking for an immediate or agreed start:
Care Assistant AGS, SRK 40-100% (m/f/d)
You bring with you:
A completed qualification recognised in Switzerland and at least 2-3 years of professional experience in long-term care. You are an independent, reliable, team-oriented person who is motivated to take on and carry out tasks. You have good oral and written German skills and experience with electronic care documentation as well as good PC user skills.
Your main tasks:
Co-responsibility for the professional, social, and holistic care and support of our residents. Ensuring smooth workflows. Shaping and promoting optimal teamwork. Contributing to the continuous improvement of the quality and effectiveness of care.
