Our client is a successful metal construction company with a modern infrastructure in the Central Switzerland region. The company specialises in the production of high-quality products. We are looking to complement the existing team with a responsible, innovative, and quality-conscious individual with good manners and a strong sense for people, organisation, and quality.

Your tasks

• Professional leadership and coordination of the assembly team
• Organising and preparing assignments as well as allocating staff
• Assembling and dismantling metal constructions such as doors, windows, façade elements, railings, or canopies
• Carrying out adjustment and repair work on site
• Close collaboration with project managers, workshop, and customers
• Responsible for compliance with safety and quality standards

Your profile

• Training as a metalworker, plant and apparatus builder, polymechanic maintenance, upkeep or assembly
• Professional experience in assembly, preferably in metal construction
• Further training as metal construction, production and assembly manager or technical business administrator with federal diploma (or in training for this)
• Committed, versatile and cooperative professional with social skills and negotiation ability
• Independent working style with assertiveness, organisational talent and leadership flair
• German: confident in style
